Kode 0 Supercar From Ken Okuyama

Ken Okuyama is well known in vehicle design, he was involved in shaping the Chevrolet

Corvette (C5), the Porsche 911 (996) and others projects. Last year he unveiled the Kode 57 during Monterey Car Week, this year talented designer whipped the covers off a new creation – the Kode 0. Slimline brake lights sit above massive mesh vents, which give a good view at two metallic green cooling fans. The Kode 0 is a supercar to compete with Lamborghini and Ferrari. Power comes from a naturally aspirated V12 with 700 hp and 690 Nm of torque with a seven-speed gearbox. The car rides on a fully-independent double-wishbone suspension with magento-rheologic dampers. Lamborghini Aventador has also mid-mounted V12 and pushrod suspension. The Kode 0 interior layout is also nearly identical to Aventador’s. The seats are trimmed in quilted silver leather, while the metallic green has also been used on the steering wheel, dashboard and instrument binnacle. No price was announced for the Kode 0, but there is no doubt that there are some collectors willing to have such a unique piece of design. Take a look at the Kode 0 presentation at The Quail, Motorsports Gathering event.
